On Appointment day he was right on schedule, and gave me automated real time alerts in case I needed to track his location before arrival. Communication was good and so was the paperwork. Equipment was nice. Bike secured on a motorized lift in back of his truck so not pulled behind. Handled with care. Would Definitely would use again if I needed a tow. I’ve had motorcycles towed on flat beds from “regular” towing companies for 40 years and each time was a nightmare. The tow person had no idea what to do. I had to ride the bike, or tow person push me up the flatbed. Then balance it while the guy “Tries” to tie it down properly. RIDICULOUS!! Harry with Rocket Motorcycle Tow in THE only way to go. He simply puts the motorcycle on the custom platform designed for motorcycles, ties down and hits the bottom for the hydraulic lift to raise and lower into his Truck. Have referred him now to Everyone I know that rides. Harry is the ONLY way to go to get the bike where it’s going, Safely! In addition, he is extremely professional, incredible follow through and correspondence. He covers the entire Bay Area too, and possibly more. Great Ease of Mind!! BTW, My bike is a Street Glide.
